Sometimes, email to mailing list Subscribers is blocked by Spam Filters at their ISP.
The BRDS system recognizes the situation and sends another email to the Subscriber. Email #2 contains a web page link where the original email is stored. In addition, the email sends from a different IP address and From address.
In our experience, the second email typically is delivered to your Subscriber.
