The bounce, ISP delivery, Inbox delivery and most troublesome domain reports are generated from our system logs, and reflect deliveries to announcement lists only.

The ISP delivery rate shows whether it was accepted or rejected by the ISP.

The Inbox delivery rate shows whether it actually got delivered to the Inbox for selected ISP's.
